AEGIS SMS Terms and Conditions

Program description

AEGIS is a privately operated AI personal assistant. By texting START to the AEGIS phone number, you voluntarily consent to receive recurring informational and conversational SMS messages. Messages may include personal reminders, calendar notifications, task updates, home-system alerts, account or service notices, and responses to messages you initiate.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to user-created reminders, conversations, calendar activity, and system events. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply START to opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact aegis_privacy@cmanolis.com.

Delivery

Message delivery is subject to mobile-carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Authorized use

The service is currently intended for private use by its sole proprietor and specifically authorized recipients. Unauthorized enrollment or use is prohibited.

Automated service limitations

AEGIS may generate automated responses. The service may make mistakes and should not be relied upon for emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical communication. Do not use SMS to contact AEGIS in an emergency.

Privacy

Use of the SMS program is governed by the AEGIS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to applicable law.
